• · Reservation data — the product and shop you reserve, and the time of reservation.
• · Shop owner data — business name, shop address, and product listings you add to the platform.
• · Usage data — pages visited, searches made, and actions taken on the platform (anonymised).

• · To show you nearby shops and products in stock.
• · To process and notify shop owners of your reservations.
• · To operate and improve the platform.
• · To send you reservation confirmations and status updates.
• · To communicate platform updates or important notices.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. ස්ථාන දත්ත

Your location is used solely to calculate distances and show shops near you. Location is requested in your browser and is never stored on our servers beyond the active session. You may deny location access at any time — you can still use the platform by entering your area manually.

4. දත්ත බෙදාගැනීම

When you make a reservation, the following information is shared with the relevant shop owner:

• · Your name and phone number
• · The product and quantity reserved
• · Reservation time and expiry

This information is necessary to fulfil the reservation. Shop owners are not permitted to use your contact details for marketing purposes.

5. දත්ත රඳවා ගැනීම

Account data is retained while your account is active. Reservation records are kept for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language preference. These are always active because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies (with your consent). If you accept cookies in our consent banner, we use Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga and _ga_*) to understand how visitors use Lagakade — which pages are popular and how the site performs — so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
